A crafty Animal Crossing fan made the most adorable gift for their spouse, making everyone wish they could get the DIY recipe for themselves. It's no secret that Animal Crossing fans are creative, in-game and in real life, with many New Horizons players showcasing beautiful islands and fun crafts they made, all inspired by their love of the game. Throughout the years that Animal Crossing has existed, the fandom has grown and changed, but 2020 was major for the community. Players came together en masse, collectively sharing turnip prices, island tours, and designs with each other through it all.

Reddit user Bulky-Protection9354 shared his incredible 3D print with the r/AnimalCrossing subreddit, making everyone jealous of his creation. According to the post, his wife wanted leaf-styled coasters, and he delivered. The leaves were not only the spitting image of the iconic Animal Crossing leaf, but he also created a perfect replica of a Bell bag.

The leaves attach to stems coming out of the Bell bag using magnets, making the entire piece a perfect decoration for any Animal Crossing lover. These were all 3D printed and designed by the original poster, who cited CAD design skills as a big help in this process.

3D printing has taken the world by storm, especially in the gaming community, with many people using it to create beautiful pieces of art, cosplay pieces, and even fully functioning Zelda-inspired planters. Some of the files for these 3D prints are available online through various websites, but that's not the case for this coaster set. Bulky-Protection9354 specifically stated that he had no plans to make the .stl files available to the public, paid or free, mentioning that he wanted to keep the files to himself for now, but they might be available in the future.

Animal Crossing has had a plethora of features since its launch that has made Islands much more comfortable, and these are the best ones.

With the hard work and effort they put into designing this, it is no surprise they would be wary of letting other people have the design, instead choosing to inspire them to create their own or purchase it directly from his Etsy shop. Though he didn't say how long it took to design this set, the detail proves that he took time to design these to look identical to the game art. He even added the nice touch of a red silk ribbon to go around the bag, elevating it to the next level.

The support this creator received from the Animal Crossing community proves that no matter how much time has passed, fans will still love this game. Players can experience even more real-life Animal Crossing, thanks to the traveling aquarium that is touring the United States for the rest of 2024 and into early 2025. Hopefully, even more fans will share their wonderful creativity with the Animal Crossing community and inspire more people to create fun designs and pieces of art in and out of the game.
