Corps members were Monday warned not to endanger themselves by embarking on dangerous adventures like night journeys and other improper lifestyles that can expose them to danger.

The director general of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General YD Ahmed, stated this while addressing corps members at NYSC Edo and Delta state Orientation Camps.

He said management places high priority on the welfare and security of all corps members and  no corps member should expose himself to danger.

In a statement signed by the director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, and made available to Blueprint, the director general advised the corps members to integrate themselves into their respective host communities on leaving the orientation camps and settle down to contribute their quota to national development.

He further urged them to endeavor to embark on community development projects that would benefit their host communities.
