Following the activation of sirens in northern Israel earlier on Sunday, 20 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon towards the area of Meron, the IDF reported Sunday.

Additionally, two anti-tank missiles were launched from the area of Ayta Ash Shab in southern Lebanon toward the area of Shtula in northern Israel earlier on Sunday. 

Following the identification of the missile fire, the Israel Air Force (IAF) carried out a strike on the Hezbollah military structure from which the anti-tank missile was fired, the IDF noted in their report. 

Anti-tank missiles injure soldier

This afternoon, two anti-tank missiles were identified crossing from Lebanon toward the area of Zar'it in northern Israel. As a result of the attack, an IDF soldier was lightly injured and was evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment. His family was notified. 

Additionally, the IDF struck a military structure in the area of Maaroub and terrorist infrastructure in the area of Naqoura.
