Has Cristiano Ronaldo scored his last international goal?
Portugal was knocked out of the Euro 2024 Tournament after France out-scored them 5-3 in a penalty shootout Friday afternoon.
With their quarterfinal exit, could this successful shootout kick be Cristiano Ronaldo's final goal in a Portugal jersey?

Ronaldo said earlier in the tournament that 2024 would be his final Euros, his sixth which is a UEFA record.
According to UEFA, Ronaldo had a grand total of 23 shots during the 2024 tournament but failed to find the back of the net, meaning his final goal from open play could be the second of his two scored on June 11 in a friendly against Ireland.
Those goals were his 129th and 130th for his home country, the most ever for a Portuguese player.
Ronaldo could be seen, clearly emotional, shaking hands with teammates and opposing players after the match had ended.

Speculation will swirl around the fate of the 39-year-old's international career, but if he hangs up his cleats for Portugal it is undeniable the impact he has had on the world of futbol.
