The Waukesha County district attorney has cleared four Waukesha police officers of wrongdoing in the killing of an unarmed man.Police shot and killed 50-year-old Christopher Milakovich April 9. (Above video: Police release name of man shot, killed by Waukesha officers)The officers encountered him while investigating a theft at a Carmax near Kossow Road, shocking him twice with a stun gun.In the district attorney's report, the officers said Milakovich refused to put his hands up and made a gesture like he was drawing a gun. The district attorney ruled that the use of deadly force was warranted. The officers were placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
