2 in serious condition after moped hits a pedestrian near Ala Moana area
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 28-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman are both in serious condition after a moped rider hit a pedestrian Saturday morning, according to Honolulu EMS officials.
Officials say the incident happened at the intersection of Ala Moana Boulevard and Queen Street.
EMS said both patients were treated and transported to a trauma facility.
It is not clear if speed was a factor.
This investigation is ongoing.
