A Nigerian man who proposed to his girlfriend at her passing out ceremony in the university has been left totally shocked and disappointed by her reaction.

He stormed her school with a bouquet of flowers, engagement ring and N20 money bouquet to ask for her hand in marriage after she completed her final exams, but she turned him down.

A video which has gone viral on social media captures the moment he brought out a ring and ent on his knees, but she was not excited by his surprise proposal.

The lady started chiding him for embarrassing her and he made several attempts to get her to accept but she remained adamant and at the end threw his bouquet at him and walked away.
