Holding the first verse is none other than Kantel who kicks off the onslaught with his infectious lyrics not forgetting his street cred demeanor.

Kantel notes that you have to jam to this beat no matter what you’re going through.

He further affirms that he’s a night owl while also inviting his friends to the ‘Anguka Nayo’ party.

Kantel further borrows words like ‘One Lege’ commonly used today to add life to this runaway hit.

‘One Lege’ is synonymous with popular reggae MC Zendiambo, Breeder Lw and other artistes have also used it in their songs.

The song’s chorus comprises of high repetition of the term ‘Anguka Nayo’ in creating the musicality.

The danceable beat further complements the lyricism drawing all and sundry to the dancefloor.

As the second verse comes through, one notices the use of ‘Nursery Rhymes’ in lines such as ‘Nakatika msupa wee banjuka…juu ni siri kali tamu ka asali” partly goes the lyrics.

However, it doesn’t kill the vibe as the beat bangs through to the end.

The song’s video is simple and well-thought with its creation centered around dance and merrymaking.
