Cost of kissing at airports with some setting you back 30p a minute
A new report has revealed teh cost of kissing at a number of different airports around the world. KAYAK undertook reesrach for International Kissing Day on July 6, with new data revealing the cost of a heartfelt farewell at major European airports.
London Stansted & Edinburgh Airports are named as the priciest peck at 30 pence per minute, more than 30 times the price for short or mid-term parking spaces compared to Aarhus and Ibiza Airports, and making up 12 of the top 15 priciest parking points.
In the newly released data, KAYAK has analysed the cost of short and mid-term parking zones at 112 European airports to uncover the cost of a kiss. The data indicates that travellers in UK airports are paying the heftiest price tag for a goodbye kiss, with British airports carrying the highest prices for short and mid-term parking, averaging 20p per minute (based on KAYAK’s analysed UK airports).
