The Guam Department of Education has recognized Col. Frank Flores, an instructor at Tiyan High School, for his exceptional contribution to the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program.

His receipt of the prestigious 2024 AF/SF JROTC Outstanding Instructor Award by the Department of the Air Force Air University is a testament to his dedication and impact on his cadets, school and community, according to a press release from GDOE.
