APC Controlled States’ SSGs Applauds President Tinubu, Says Renew Hope Agenda On Track

The Secretaries to the Government of APC-Controlled States have expressed their appreciation for the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Progressive Governors in providing exemplary governance and leadership during this crucial period in Nigeria’s history.

They reaffirmed their belief that the Renewed Hope Agenda is making significant progress.

This commendation was conveyed in a communiqué released following the Quarterly Meeting of Secretaries to the Government of APC-Controlled States, which took place in Lokoja, Kogi State from June 27th to June 28th, 2024.

During the meeting, discussions centered on strategies to support the Progressive Governors in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Additionally, the Secretaries finalized proposals for common policy frameworks in key areas of governance and public policy.

The Secretaries highlighted the positive impact of the Progressive Governors’ strategic policies and investments across various sectors, which have led to noticeable growth and stability in the economy.

They pledged their unwavering support to the Progressive Governors in their mission to build a prosperous and sustainable future for all citizens.

Furthermore, the Secretaries praised the proactive measures taken by the Progressive Governors to ensure the security and well-being of all Nigerians. As a result, they agreed to collaborate on establishing a framework for State Police to enhance security within the States.

In addition, the Secretaries expressed their full support for the development of a State Bill on Student Loans to contribute to youth development and education in APC-Controlled states.

They also committed to assisting the Progressive Governors in improving power supply across APC-Controlled States, recognizing the importance of reliable electricity infrastructure in promoting job creation and economic prosperity.

The Secretaries urged all citizens to remain steadfast in their support for the leaders and actively participate in shaping a brighter future for Nigeria.
