Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has described the State Deputy Governor, COmrade Joel Salifu Oyibo as an enigma who stands tall as an accomplished gentleman.

In a congratulatory message personally signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Tuesday, Dr Salisu noted that the Deputy Governor’s kind and unassuming mien defies categorization.

“On behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, staff and students of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, I heartily felicitate with the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday anniversary.

“Your Excellency, Sir, with a kind, unassuming mien that defies categorization, you have waded through life as an enigma, and today, you stand tall as an accomplished gentleman.

“Through loyalty to your Principal, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and commitment to service, you have contributed to the actualization of the continuity and consolidation government.

“We join the good people of Kogi State in wishing you a happy birthday and pray for more years of eventful, credible, insightful, forthright and impactful service to the State and beyond,” Dr Salisu said.

The Rector prayed that God in His infinite mercy will continue to grant Deputy Governor Oyibo wisdom, sound mind and good health to continue to support Alhaji Usman Ododo to pilot the affairs of the state through his office.
