ROYAL NEWS reports that during the meeting, the council unanimously passed vote of confidence and appreciate on its Chairman and Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR for supporting his Personal Assistant, Dr. Murtala Abdulraheem, to attain an enviable educational career of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D).
The council in composed of 18 Traditional Rulers from Kwara South and North as as well as Central (Ilorin Emirate Council).
Special prayer was offered a palace staff who later became the Personal Assistant to the Emir and benefitted an unprecedented support to pursue his education, sponsored by the monarch from secondary school to doctorate level.
