Temperature Variations This temperature was notably higher than other major cities in India, including Delhi (34.1°C), Kolkata (31.2°C), Mumbai (33°C), and Bengaluru (28.8°C). Unusual Heat The day temperature in Srinagar was six degrees above the seasonal average, exacerbating the heatwave conditions. Heatwave Across the Valley Other areas in the Kashmir Valley also experienced scorching heat, with Qazigund recording 34.4°C and Kupwara at 34.5°C.
