Why banning Adanma Luke from producing is unnecessary

Famous actor, Fred Ebere chips in his thoughts concerning the death of his colleague, Jnr Pope and 4 other crew members at Anam River.
Speaking, the actor blamed several parties over the tragic occurrence, starting from the movie producer, Adanma Luke, the late Jnr Pope, and actor, TC Virus.
He also kicked against the AGN banning Adanma Luke from producing films again.

Comic actor, Fred Ebere alias Ten Kobo has weighed in on the painful death of his colleague, Junior Pope and 4 other crew members who died during a boat crash in Anam River.
In a video shared on his Facebook page, Ten Kobo apportioned blame to a lot of people.

He started with the movie producer, Adanma Luke whom he accused of not providing life jackets for her movie crew. He also blamed the late Junior Pope for agreeing to commute on the boat without a life jacket and reiterated that Junior Pope would have insisted that he wasn’t going to board the boat until a life jacket was provided.
Fred further called out TC Virus for ringing a bell on the boat despite being aware of specific taboos that ought not to be done on a river.
Regarding AGN banning Adanma Luke from producing movies, he avowed that the action was unnecessary as she never planned for the deaths.
