The Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, Sir Chido Obidiegwu, has assured the state fire service of support of the station in preventing fire incidents in the state.

Receiving staff of the fire service on a courtesy visit led by the new state Fire Chief, Engineer Chukwudi Chiketa, the ABS boss said the station will continue to partner organizations to achieve goals that are in the interest of the masses.

He noted that the station and the service had established good working relationship with mutual benefits even before now.

Earlier, the Anambra State Fire Chief, Engineer Chiketa, who noted that ABS can prevent fire disaster by helping to sustain enlightenment campaign against attitudinal factors and other causes of fire outbreak, said the visit was to help maintain existing synergy between the station and the fire service in serving Ndi Anambra better; in line with the vision of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
