Kym Marsh’s new boyfriend shared and then quickly deleted his furious response to haters after going public with their romance.
Last night, the former Coronation Street actress, 48, shocked her fans when she shared a picture on Instagram where she is seen sharing a kiss with her 101 Dalmatians: The Musical co-star Samuel Thomas. In the post, Kym declared her love for her new boyfriend when she even referred to him as the “most amazing man”, with critics quick to slam the new couple by writing harsh comments.
But amid the chatter surrounding the pair’s new romance, Samuel took to Instagram to react. Writing a note on his Instagram Story, Samuel penned: “Opinions are like arseholes… everyone’s got one, but they’re still arseholes.” Shortly after it was shared, Samuel deleted the post.

This comes after Kym shared a snap of them smooching, with the caption for the post on Instagram reading: “Met the most amazing man ever! Sometimes the most unexpected things happen at the most unexpected times. @samuelthomasuk I love you #beautiful #soulmate #loveyou”.
Fans and friends were quick to gush over the new couple, with one writing: “So pleased for you.” While someone else said: “I’m so happy for you Kym! You deserve all the happiness.”
But other people weren’t as made up for the former Corrie star and her new man. One person brutally penned: “Jesus… another amazing man… 5 minute wonder… he looks like your son.” Kym replied: “Do one.” With several other harsh and negative comments, it seems that Samuel’s post about “arseholes” was aimed at the cruel trolls.
Meanwhile, on his own Instagram account, Samuel shared a sweet black and white snap of him with his new girlfriend, writing: “I didn’t expect you, but here you are. I love you,” alongside a red heart emoji. Kym then commented: “Ditto. The best things happen unexpectedly. Love you too.”
Kym, who is in her late forties, and Samuel, who is 29, are currently starring in the UK and Ireland tour of the hit musical 101 Dalmatians. In the production, Kym takes on the role of Cruella de Vil, while Samuel plays Tom Dearly.
