‘Yan’uwa masu karatu assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi ta’ala wa barkatuh. Barkanmu da sake haduwa a wannan makon a filin namu na Dausayin Musulunci. Za mu ci gaba da karatunmu a kan falalar wadannan kwanaki goma na farkon watan Zulhajji.

Abu Amrin Naisaburi ya yi ruwaya a cikin littafinsa ‘Alhikayati’ da sanadinsa zuwa ga Hamidi. Hamidi ya ce na ji Dansirina da Katadatu suna cewa “azumin kowace rana daga kwanan nan guda goma ya auni shekara (daidai yake da azumin shekara)”. An yo irin wannan ruwaya kuma cewa falalar kowane azumi daya na cikin kwanakin ta ninninka sauran kwanakin da ba su ba sau shekara uku. Abdurrazzaki ya ruwaito daga Ja’afaru bin Hishamin daga Hasanul Basari ya ce, “azumin kwana daya a cikin wadannan kwanaki goma ya auni azumin wata biyu”. Abdulkarimu ya ce ya karba daga Mujahidin, shi kuma ya karba daga Abdullahi bin Abbas ya ce, “aiki a cikin wadannan kwanaki goma ana ninninka shi” ka ga ya yi daidai da wancan ingatacce da aka kawo a baya. An ruwaito falalar yawaita zikiri a cikin kwanakin, ya zo a cikin Hadisin Abu Hurairata (RA) da wani Hadisi (mai gibi) na Rashidu bin Sa’adin, sun hadu a kansa da abin da aka ruwaito daga Hasanul Basari da Dansirina da Katadatu a kan falalar azumin kwanakin.

Ya zo a cikin Musnadai, sannan ya zo a cikin Sunanu daga Sayyada Hafsah matar Manzon Allah ta ce Manzon Allah (SAW) bai taba barin azumin Ashura ba, da azumin wadannan kwana goma, da azumin kwana uku a kowane wata (ranakun 13, 14 da 15),” amma mai littafi (na falalar kwana goman farkon Zulhajji) ya ce akwai sabani cikin sanadinsa. An ruwaito daga wani sashe na matan Manzon Allah (ban da Sayyada Hafsah) cewa Manzon Allah (SAW) bai taba barin azumin kwana taran nan na Zulhajji ba, ka ga yanzu ya yi daidai da Hadisin Sayyada Hafsah.

Yana daga wanda yake azumin kwana goman nan Abdullahi bin Umar (RA). Shi kuma Abdullahi bin Umar yana da wani abu da ya yi tashe da tashi na bin (aikata) abubuwan da Annabi (SAW) ya yi. Ko kewaya wata bishiya aka ga Annabi (SAW) ya yi shi ma idan ya zo wurin sai ya kewaya, ko kama ruwa aka ce Annabi ya yi a wani wuri, shi ma idan ya zo sai ya kama a wajen, ko hutawa a karkashib wata bishiya aka ce Annabi ya yi a wani wuri, shi ma Abdullahi bin Umar idan ya zo wurin zai zauna ya sha inuwar. Tun da kuwa aka ga Abdullahi bin Umar (RA) yana azumtar wadannan kwanaki goma bai taba bari ba, to lallai ya ga Annabi (SAW) ne ya yi. Hadisi ya gabata daga Hasanul Basari da Ibn Sirina da Katdatu a kan ambaton falalar azumin wadannan kwanaki.

Ya zo a cikin ingataccen Hadisin Muslim, Sayyada Aisha (RA) ta ce, “Ban taba ganin ma Annabi (SAW) ya yi azumin kwana goman nan cur ba”. Ahmadu bin Hambal ya yi kaiwa-da-komowa a kan yadda zai ba da jawabin wadannan Hadisan guda biyu (na tabbatar da azumin da kuma na korewa), sai ya ce a janye wannan Haidisin (na Sayyada Aisha) domin wancan na tabbatar da azumin an ruwaito ne daga matan Manzon Allah (SAW) da yawa.

Watakila ita Sayyada Aisha ba ta riski wannan ba. Kuma ko da ma Hadisin ya soke wancan na matan Manzon Allah, ai ba zai iya soke ayoyin “Walfajr. Wa layalin ashr” ba. Ahmadu bin Hambal ya ce a janye wannan Hadisin da ya kore azumin saboda an ruwaito masu yawa da suka saba masa. Ahmadu bin Hambali ya yi nuni cewa akwai rikici a cikin Sanadin Hadisin da Aisha ta ruwaito. Amma kuma Ahmashu ya ce masa “yi wata maganar dai” domin Hadisin yana da sanadi gangariyya. Su malaman Hadisi suna so a zo musu da hanya gangariya, ba su cika kula da fikihun sama ba.

Malamai sun ce idan Sayyada Aisha da Sayyada Hafsah (Radiyallahu Anhuma) suka ruwaito karatu, daya ta tabbatar; daya kuma ta kore a cikinsu, to, a dauki maganar wacce ta tabbatar. Domin wacce ta tabbatar a cikinsu tana da ilimin da ya buya ga wacce ta kore.

Kuma a ka’idar ilimi, tsakanin wanda ya ce ga abu, da kuma wanda ya ce sam babu, idan babu wani kwakkwaran dalili sai a ajiye na wanda ya ce babu a dauki na wanda ya ce akwai. Ahmadu bin Hambal ya kara ba da wata amsar cewa, abin da Sayyada Aisha take nufi shi ne, Manzon Allah bai azumci wadannan kwanakin gabadaya ba.

Shi dai abin da ya hankalta tana nufi kenan, amma yaushe za ta ce Annabi bai taba yi ba, ga Annabi (SAW) ya fadi falalar kwanakin kuma a ce bai yi ba? Annabi (SAW) shi ba mai ce a yi ba ne kuma ya ki aikatawa). Shehu Ibrahim Inyass ya ce Annabi (SAW) mai cewa “a taho mu yi ne, shi ne ma a kan gaban aikata alkhairi”.

Haka ita kuma Sayyada Hafsah, a Hadisinta tana nufin Annabi (SAW) yana azumin wadannan kwanaki amma ba ya wai dole ya cika ba. Haka Ahmadu bin Hambal ya fahimta. Ya ce amma ruwayar cewa “ba a taba ganin Annabi (SAW) yana azumin ba”, wannan babu wata kwaskwarima da za a iya yi masa ba. A bar shi kawai.
