A Place in the Sun presenter Sara Damergi certainly outdid herself in a recapped episode on Channel 4. In the show aired on Thursday, viewers joined Jules and Gaynor as they scoured for their idyllic countryside abode.

The couple had quite a list of demands, including ample land to accommodate their dog and alpacas, with dreams of launching their own gite endeavor, all penned within a £300,000 budget.

Sara faced a tough challenge, but emotions soared when she introduced property number three in Massignac. The house, complete with three bedrooms, hadnt even been toured yet when Gaynor was moved to tears.

Upon hearing that the house came with a hefty 11 acres, an emotional Gaynor exclaimed: "God, I'm going to cry! I can't believe it."

The surprises continued when Sara delivered the news that the property was up for grabs at slightly over £273,000, leaving them awestruck and well within budget, reports the Express.

"Where do we sign? ! " asked an eager Gaynor, while her partner advocated for cautious optimism, reminding her they were yet to explore inside.

And it wasnt just the exterior that tugged at the heartstrings; stepping into the living area was too much for Gaynor, who laughingly admitted: "I can't speak! There's nothing to do here is there? It's just beautiful, absolutely beautiful, the space is amazing."

"The decor is amazing, there isn't anything to do with the place. I just love the kitchen, this is the one for me." However, Jules informed Sara that he needed to explore the rest of the property before making a final decision.

The house seemed to charm Jules and they decided to make an offer when they met up with Sara at the end of the programme.

Discussing their choice, Gaynor expressed: "I think you've done really well but we've just been blown away by property that we've fallen in love with."

"I had an immediate emotional reaction to that property and I just knew and Jules just needed to catch up! ". After some haggling, they managed to secure their dream home for £260,000.
