The Bench, also comprising Justice Amit Sharma ordered that the matters be listed before a bench of which Justice Sharma is not a member.
The bail matters include the pleas filed by Sharjeel Imam, Meeran Haider and others.
This is the third Division Bench which has released the matters. Initially, Justices Siddharth Mridul and Rajnish Bhatnagar were presiding over the cases.
After Justice Mridul was transferred to Manipur High Court, the case was assigned to Justices Suresh Kumar Kait and Manoj Jain.
With the recent roster change, the case was assigned to Justices Prathiba M Singh and Amit Sharma.
With Justice Sharma recusing today the matter will now go before a fourth bench.
