Who are the headlining acts of the ‘Beautiful Block Party’ in Las Vegas?
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The “Beautiful Block Party” lineup was announced Tuesday. While many acts may be familiar to electronic music fans, some potential festival-goers may want a primer on who the headline artists are.
The “Life is Beautiful” festival was held on E. Fremont Street for a decade. The “Beautiful Block Party” is described as a two-day dance party at an empty lot at 324 S. Main Street, adjacent to the Plaza Hotel & Casino downtown.

This French electronic rock duo debuted in June 2007 with the album Cross. The group’s newest effort, “Hyperdrama,” is the first in 8 years and came out in April.
The South Korean DJ, singer, and songwriter’s debut effort, “I Hear You,” was released in June, which the artist described as “more than just my debut album. It embodies countless hours of dedication in my journey to create something timeless.”
The New York-based American rock band originated in 2002. Their most recognizable effort, “Daft Punk Is Playing At My House,” was released in 2005 and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording.
Known for his work with the indie pop band “the xx,” Jamie XX is an English musician, DJ, record producer, and remixer. He’s worked with artists like Florence + The Machine, Adele, and Glasser.
Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland formed this British dance music in 2013, and their newest album, entitled “Volcano” was released in March 2023 with an accompanying film, called “Volcano, The Motion Picture.”

Two-day passes to the “Beautiful Block Party” start at $199. Doors open at 5 p.m. on Sept. 27 and 28, and the dance party will occur across two stages. Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.
