Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at his engagement party, going above and beyond for one of her fans.

After hearing Taylor’s song King of My Heart, Alex Goldschmidt and Ross Girard, he made the decision to propose to him. Taylor received a special surprise from Alex after she wrote him a letter explaining what the song meant to him.

In a new documentary titled Taylor Swift vs. Scooter Braun: Bad Blood, Alex recalled the couple’s engagement party: “It’s a crazy story, but I made the decision to propose to my husband while I was driving a song from her album Reputation. The song’s called King of my Heart.
