The official synopsis of 'The Buckingham Murders' reads, “Fresh wounds are reopened when Jasmeet Bhamra, a cop and single mother who recently lost her child in a shooting spree, transfers to High Wycombe and is assigned the case of a missing child. Director Hansal Mehta explores themes of trauma, closure and the immigrant experience with his signature sensitivity in this atmospheric thriller, featuring a career-best performance by Kapoor.”
Apart from Kareena Kapoor, the movie also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. 'The Buckingham Murders' is written by Aseem Arora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker and produced by Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films alongside Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor.
On the work front, Kareena was last seen in 'Crew' along with Tabu and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. Diljit Dosanjh was seen in a supporting role and Kapil Sharma was seen in a cameo role.
