Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Lagos.
  • As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the CoolBucks’ products and services.
  • The Telesales executive should have expertise in selling loans especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions etc) and should consistently exceed their sales targets.
  • The day-to-day tasks include outbound calls to potential customers, online/social media advertising, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with prospects/customers, presenting product offerings, digital marketing, tele marketing, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Skill and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Preferred candidate should have 1 year experience in sales in a consumer finance company with specialty in public sector.
  • Candidates with 0 years post NYSC are eligible to apply
  • Candidate must be strong in tele marketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales target in public sector
  • Must be ambitious and desire to become a supervisor within 12 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plan
  • Must possess good writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
