The United States is witnessing a surge in serious crimes committed by migrants, sparking widespread alarm and criticism of President Joe Biden’s border policies. These policies have been cited as a major factor in the influx of undocumented individuals crossing the borders, leading to an increase in criminal activities.

American citizens and their children are being victimized in various ways, including theft, assault, rape, and murder, as millions of illegal migrants benefit from federal and state welfare programs providing free housing, healthcare, food, clothing, education, and legal services. Here are some examples of the growing crime wave.

Retail Theft Rings

Migrant retail theft rings have proliferated across the country. In Port Charlotte, Florida, authorities reported the arrests of two undocumented women, Carla Soto and Genesi Reyes, who were found with over $6,000 in stolen merchandise. Similar organized theft rings have plagued the New England area, operating out of Maine and Massachusetts. Police in Maine arrested four individuals involved in repeated thefts over five years.

In West Whiteland Township, Pennsylvania, authorities identified organized gangs of migrants responsible for significant retail thefts. Chicago and its suburbs have also seen a rise in thefts by organized migrant gangs, with authorities in Oak Brook noting increased incidents traced back to migrant shelters in the city.

Pick Pocket Rings

Large pickpocket rings operated by migrants have been growing in cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. The situation in New York City has become so severe that the NYPD has created a new task force to address the rising number of incidents.

“This is organized crime. It’s just like the Mafia,” said Paul DiGiacomo, president of the city’s Detectives’ Endowment Association, in an interview with the New York Post.

Sexual Assault

Reports of sexual assaults by illegal aliens have filled the news. Recently, a Turkish migrant who crossed the southern border last year was arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl in Albany, New York. In another case, a migrant from Ecuador was arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Queens, New York.

In May, a group of three illegals from Guatemala, two of who pleaded guilty, were accused of gang raping a deaf woman who they abducted off the street in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on June 13.

Also in May, an illegal arrested and accused of raping a teenage girl in Prattville, Alabama, was simply released by Biden’s DHS despite the charges by local police that he had raped a girl in the bathroom of a local restaurant.

Murder

Migrants have also been implicated in numerous murders. In Houston, Texas, two Venezuelan migrants were accused of abducting, raping, and murdering 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. Another case involved the murder of Laken Hope Riley, a 22-year-old medical student in Georgia, by an illegal alien from Venezuela.

In Bel Air, Maryland, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador was arrested for raping and killing Rachel Morin, a mother of five. In Midland, Texas, a five-time deported illegal alien was charged with causing a fatal traffic accident that killed a ten-year-old boy.

The examples above illustrate the growing crime problem associated with the border crisis. Additionally, issues such as human trafficking, gang violence from groups like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, and drug cartel activities are exacerbating the situation.
