Real Madrid legend, Sergio Ramos has paid tribute to Nacho Fernandez following his exit from Los Blancos on Tuesday.

Ramos, who was a former teammate with Nacho, expressed happiness for his fellow countryman.

Real Madrid had earlier on Tuesday announced that Nacho will be leaving the club after 23 years this summer.

The 34-year-old is expected to move to Saudi Arabia.

Reacting, Ramos posted a picture of himself with Nacho on his Instagram story with the caption:

“Dear Nacho, you are leaving, but you will always be a part of @realmadrid. history. Congratulations on a brilliant run. It was a pleasure to share the dressing room for so many years and live together so many successes and unrepeatable moments.

“Also happy to see you as captain raise the ear. A huge hug, brother. Always on my team!”
