Giving Wings, a strategy consultancy, executive coaching, and development firm, has appointed Thato Morobane as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective July 1, 2024.
Thato, with 15 years of business experience, was previously Momentum Metropolitan Holdings’ digital channel owner. She held positions ranging from business analyst to senior management consultant at IQ Business, Thoughtworks, and UCS, among other companies. Joining Giving Wings as a senior management consultant, she will work with the management team to identify areas for improvement and support Giving Wings’ development plan, aiming to expand beyond South Africa and foster long-term growth and value for its connected organizations.
