A PLOT of land in Neston with two existing four-bedroom houses and secured planning for a further three properties is to be auctioned next week.
The lot, which is located on Raby Park Road, has been given a guide price of £1.4m.
The two double fronted detached properties, which are currently tenanted, have both been recently refurbished and are set in large gardens.
Planning permission has been granted by Cheshire West and Chester Council for the further development of the remaining garden space to build three new dwellings – two bungalows and a one-and-half-storey or ‘dormer’ bungalow.
The total site extends to some 3580 sq. m.
Auctioneers say the purchaser will have the option to either continue to rent the properties or to sell each house separately.
The lot is due to be auctioned by Smith and Sons on Wednesday, July 10.
