BOI Conducting Biometric Exercise For Grant Scheme In Cross River

The Bank of Industry is currently conducting a biometric exercise for palliative grant scheme in Cross River State.

The exercise is to facilitate the payment of the presidential grant scheme.

The Senior Special Adviser to Governor Bassey Otu, Dr. Michael Nku Abu who doubles as the State Focal Person for the Presidential Palliative Grant Scheme, Federal Ministry of Trades and Investment, disclosed this in a press release.

The exercise will be held at the three senatorial districts of the State between Wednesday July 3 and Friday July 5, 2024.

“For southern senatorial district in Cross River State includes; Calabar South Council Hall (Miss Offiong Edet – 07062514604), Calabar Municipal Council Hall (Prince Ita Ekong Ita -08036200182), Biase LGA Council Secretariat (Hon. Agamgbor Efime 08038844229).

“Central senatorial district has Bridge End School, Four Corners, Ikom (Pastor Takim Eugene 07060763034), Yakurr Local Government Guest House, Ugep (Mr. Kebe Ettah-08106787306), Resort Center Obubra Junction (Rev. Bangs Ojong – 08035886606).

“Northern senatorial district has Ogoja Local Government Council Hall (Hon. Sunny Achang-08063280376), Civic Centre, Obudu (Mr. Mathew Ojisor-08126451402), Bekwarra Local Government Council (Hon. Benjamin Agida07037833646).”

BOI noted that those contacted are expected at the venue and prospective beneficiaries are to go to centers closest to them for enumeration irrespective of location stated in the message received from BOI.
