Emerging artist Mari Ova is excited to announce the release of their new EP ‘Silence.’

The title track of the EP also called ‘Silence’ is simply beautiful as it begins with the gentle vocals of Mari Ova that flow alongside a calming instrumental arrangement, however the second half of the song sees the mood of the song completely change in terms of the overall musical style of the production.

‘I Don’t Blame You’ radiates with powerful vibes and melancholic vocals from the Dutch artist.

‘Take The Sun’ is a soft but emotional stirring track, thanks to the bittersweet lyrics.

‘Maybe’ is a deep and soulful track thanks to the raw emotion within the vocals that Mari Ova delivers.

The EP concludes with the aptly named and mellow and gentle track that is ‘To Be Continued’ as the five songs blends pop and pop-rock to showcase Mari Ova’s unique sound and lyrical talent.

Mari explains that the EP “isn’t a happy, dance, or jazz album.

Instead, it carries a melancholic vibe, inspired by the deep sounds of British pop and Icelandic blues rock.

It’s my story, my emotions, and my experiences from the past year, wrapped into one musical journey.

2023 was a year of highs and lows, but each moment, good and bad, led me to create this music. I’m grateful for all the emotions and experiences that shaped this album.”
