Job Title: Gynecologist

Location: Asaba, Delta

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecological care to patients, including routine check-ups, pap smears, and other diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders, such as menstrual irregularities, sexually transmitted infections, and cervical cancer.
• Conduct surgeries, including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and other gynecological procedures.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians, pediatricians, and primary care physicians.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gynecological care and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Provide health education and counselling to patients on women's health issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in gynecological practice.
• Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Valid practising license.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
