The National Assembly, according to the Senate, will make sure that every kobo spent in the N28.7 trillion 2024 Renewed Hope budget is tracked down.

This was disclosed by Senate Spokesperson Yemi Adaramodu (APC, Ekiti-South) during her discussion on the monitoring and execution of the 2024 budget.

The National Assembly’s N28.7tn appropriations bill was signed into law by President Bola Tinubu on January 1.

The President declared that the budget will be “efficiently pursued and vigorously monitored” once he signed it.
