Nag Ashwin is on cloud nine literally.

His latest venture ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has not only restored the reputation of Telugu cinema, it has also brought back Prabhas in action! The movie has collected almost 800 crores worldwide.

However, this is just the beginning. Nag Ashwin now plans to make this movie franchise bigger and better. In a recent interview, he opened up on which stars can join his ‘Kalki’ universe next.

Nag Ashwin revealed that he couldn’t make space for the characters of actors like Nani and Navin Polishetty. But with the next installment, they will become an important part of the franchise. There are already talks going on for Rana Daggubati to join this franchise.

‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is led by Prabhas as the lead actor. The ensemble cast also includes Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Saswata Chatterjee, Anil George, Brahmanandam, Disha Patani, Anna Ben, Shobana, Rajendra Prasad, Pasupathy, etc.

Actors like Dulquer Salmaan, Vijay Deverakonda, Mrunal Thakur, Faria Abdullah, Krishna Kumar, KV Anudeep, Ram Gopal Varma, and even SS Rajamouli made cameo appearances in this film. Nag Ashwin has already promised an extension of the characters of Dulquer Salmaan and Vijay Deverakonda with the upcoming sequel.
