Chukwudi Igbokwe quits Gent for Portugal

Forward Chukwudi Goodluck Igbokwe has quit Belgian club KAA Gent for Rio Ave in the Portuguese top league.

He has signed a two-year contract until June 2026.

Igbokwe, who has been capped by Nigeria U23s, signed on a free transfer from Gent.

Right2Win graduate Igbokwe, 22, spent four years in Belgium, but could not break into the main squad.
