  • In a scathing interview, music producer Dr. Roy has taken gospel singer Chinwo to task over what he claims is a trail of broken promises and neglect.
  • Dr. Roy revealed a poignant moment when he reached out to Chinwo for assistance during his father’s illness, only to be met with empty reassurances of recovery and no tangible support

In a jaw-dropping tell-all session, Dr. Roy, the music maestro extraordinaire, unleashed a torrent of raw emotions as he shares heartbreaking experience while working with Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.

Taking center stage on the Honest Bruch podcast with the dynamic Nedu from Wazobia FM, Dr. Roy recounted his ordeal in the hands of the singer.

Dr Roy claimed to have been the sole producer behind approximately six tracks for Mercy Chinwo.

On another occasion, the music producer said when his father was battling a debilitating stroke, he reached out for assistance, only to have Chinwo turn a blind eye to his plea.

According to him, instead of extending a helping hand, she offered him nothing but empty reassurances that his father would miraculously recover.

Dr. Roy explained that, as they began working together, he felt that partnering with the gospel singer would spell the end of hardship for his family.

He added that he felt that because they would be in the studio for hours working. They might stop working at 5 am and resume at 7 am again and it would continue for several days.
