World Athletics has announced the teams that will compete in the 4×400 metre relay at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

The athletics body announced on Saturday that 16 top countries, including Team Nigeria, have qualified for the games.

After multiple missed attempts, Team Nigeria was eventually awarded a spot at the 2024 African Athletics Championship in Douala, Cameroon.

The list includes the United States, Ireland, Norway, Belgium, and Poland, among others.

The 2024 Summer Olympics will be hosted in Paris, France, from July 27 to August 11.
