Join the Exciting Freedom Bike Ride Event in Ely This Sunday!

Get ready for an exhilarating morning as the Freedom Bike Ride kicks off at Ely City Park in downtown Ely this Sunday. The event offers a 50 mile ride starting at 8:00 AM, followed by a 30 mile ride at 9:00 AM, both heading north from Ely. Along the route, riders can make pit stops at stations offering various activities in exchange for bike bucks, which can be used at select establishments. Day of registration is at 7:30 AM for $30.00, so don't miss out on this fantastic biking experience!
Family Fun Day
For families, there's a FREE 8 mile family ride starting at 11:00 AM heading south towards Solon. SAFE Linn County will provide free bike helmets, bike decoration materials, and an obstacle course at 10:00 AM. Food trucks and kids activities will be available at the park from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, along with live music entertainment at Odie’s and House Divided starting at 11:00 AM.
