The Afrobeat singer would be sharing the stage with stars like Raye, Soulmax, and Yves Tumor. Continuing his ‘I Told Them’ tour, the musician arguably positioned himself as the highest-earning artist of 2022, according to Touring Data.

Although Burna Boy has a long list of shows, the singer will be performing at the MAWAZINE Festival on June 26th, in Rabat, Morocco. The festival is one of the biggest festivals in the world having entertained over 2.75 million people in 2019!

The shows and concerts have not gone unnoticed, as they place him as one of the highest-grossing musicians in Africa.

Burna Boy’s 2024 concert at the TD Garden Arena in Boston grossed $1.593 million. He surpassed his previous African record set at Madison Square Garden in 2022.

Recall that the Afrobeat star sold out a 19,000-capacity arena as part of his ‘I Told Them’ Tour. which has already grossed $11,659,531 from 11 reported shows of 22 stops.

Notably, he holds the distinction of having two Diamond songs in France. The album “African Giant” received a platinum plaque, a first for a Nigerian album.

At the 66th Grammys, Burna Boy made history as the first African artist to perform at the main ceremony. Furthermore, he has the most Grammy nominations for a Nigerian artist with 10.
