Footage of Lisandro Martinez celebrating Amad Diallo's dramatic winner against Liverpool has gone viral and fans are loving it.

The Manchester United star was at Old Trafford when they beat Liverpool 4-3 in a pulsating FA Cup quarter-final earlier this month.

After Amad grabbed a last-gasp winner in the dying moments of extra-time, it sent the home crowd into a frenzy - and not just the fans.

A video uploaded onto social media showed Amad running off to the corner flag to celebrate while the entire stand at Old Trafford shook with supporters in exuberant joy.

The footage then cut to Martinez, who was standing in a box and celebrating by shaking his fists as fans nearby reacted by trying to get closer to him.

Since the post was uploaded onto social media, one version of the video has been seen 190,000 times and has garnered quite the reaction from United fans online.

One fan reacted by saying: "Man, what a gem we have on our hands… the ultimate will run through brick walls for the team guy."

And this fan wrote: "You can feel the passion.. what a player."

A third fan posted: "I love this guy. He’s so passionate about everything. If most players in Man United can be this passionate with their job, then we are good to go."

This fan said: "I'll forever be grateful this guy plays for my club!"

Martinez is currently injured and has already missed two months of action.

However, the Argentina international is close to returning and could give Erik ten Hag a major boost towards the end of the season.

The defender picked up a knee injury against West Ham in February having only recently recovered from a foot injury that had ruled him out for most of the season.

It has been a stop-start campaign for the former Ajax star but he was called up to the Argentina squad this month and, though he did not play, he trained with his international teammates and is hoping to return to fitness ahead of Brentford on Saturday.
