Ever found yourself trapped in a doom scroll on social media, shying away from rocking that summer dress or bikini you've had on standby because you've seen heavily edited pics?

One body-positive influencer is calling for you to "trust" her and wear what you want this summer, regardless of what's plastered all over Instagram or TikTok, as each one of us is "beautiful".

TikTok user @julietsiegel made a passionate appeal to her followers via a short TikTok clip, with the message: "It's so hard to see people on your FYP [for you page] and not compare yourself, but just know you are BEAUTIFUL."

Juliet offers a reality check, reminding us all that "the internet is full of edited bodies". Just a quick scroll down any feed will substantiate this. Yet, it's all too easy to start seeing our bodies as the problem amid the digital overflow of immaculate hourglass figures.

In her video, Juliet advises people: "Don't compare yourself to those on your FYP," while proudly stepping back from her camera to reveal her unedited tummy clad in a green crop top and matching leggings combo.

With confidence, Juliet then shifts sideways to show everyone that bodies naturally have rolls and softness. She smiled at the camera saying "this is your safe space" to her followers.

In other videos, she reminds people: "No matter what anyone else says, you're all beautiful", and her comments sections are always full of people telling her that she "will always slay". One commented on this most recent video: "You're my idol, I love you so much."

Another TikTok user said: "Ok you just made me ten times happier!" A third wrote: "Wow the green looks so good on you!" And a fourth wrote: "I love youuu you’re so pretty."
