Suspended Rubaga Deputy Resident City Commissioner Herbert Anderson Burora has spent the night at Kampala Central Police Station (CPS) after being transferred from Kira Police.

Burora was picked on Monday night from his home by the parliament police on computer misuse.

Before his arrest yesterday he wrote on his social media, claiming that his home had been besieged by unknown men who ordered him to follow them.

Kampala metropolitan police public relations officer Patrick Onyango told spyreports that Burora was arrested on charges of hate speech and malicious information under the computer missus act .

He appealed to public not to use the social media to misinforming the other people.

David Byamukama one the lawyers on Burora's legal team noted that they had hot fully accessed their client and waiting for him to produced before courts of law before 48 hours.

He added that Burora's home at Ntinda was searched by police but nothing was discovered before he was take record a statement and later-on detained.

 Burora was on March 14 suspended by the Secretary to the Office of the President, Hajji Yunusu Kakande on grounds that he violated the Uganda Public Service Standing Orders by publicly attacking the Speaker of Parliament.
