Tammy Hembrow celebrated her 30th birthday in style on Monday.

The fitness influencer gave her 17.5million Instagram followers a look into her morning celebrations, which featured a several pink and while balloons, streamers and confetti decorating her living room.

'Suddenly 30,' she simply captioned the post.

Tammy's children, Wolf, eight, Saskia, six, and Posy, one, joined forces to surprise their doting mother by setting up the decorations. 

The 30-year-old also shared a video cuddling her fiancé Matt Zukowski, dispelling rumours of any relationship troubles.

The post follows weeks of reports there was trouble in paradise with Love Island star Matt, with many pointing out they have not featured in each other's posts for some time.

Last Monday, eagle-eyed fans noticed Tammy and Matt were no longer following each other on Instagram.

It wasn't long before the pair quickly re-followed each other.

The couple also enjoyed a luxe getaway to Byron Bay in recent weeks.

Rumours swirled after fans speculated why Matt had dropped off from Tammy's feed.

One anonymous fan sent a message to Instagram account Aussie Influencers Opinions questioning his absence, writing: 'Am I crazy or has Matt dropped off Tammy's socials for ages now?'

In response, the account theorised they are still involved and spending time together, but are not tagging each other and have decided to 'drop off' each other's socials.

'Both are spending time with each other but not being as obvious about it in posts and not tagging each other,' the page speculated.

Despite concerns that they are rushing down the aisle, the couple told Daily Mail Australia they are 'very happy' together.
