Kwara: Gadaff Commends Governor AbdulRazaq on GDP Computation Exercise

A Stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff has commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his approval and initiation of Kwara State’s first-ever Gross Domestic Product (GDP) computation and compilation exercise.

According to Gadaff, this groundbreaking move is a testament to the Governor’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and economic development.

His words: “I wholeheartedly commend Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for this historic initiative. The computation and compilation of Kwara State’s GDP will provide a clear and accurate picture of our economic standing, enabling better planning, resource allocation, and policy formulation,”

“This exercise underscores the Governor’s dedication to transparency and his vision for a more prosperous Kwara State.”

Gadaff emphasized that the GDP exercise will not only highlight the economic strengths and potentials of Kwara State but also identify areas that require improvement and investment.

He noted the exercise will attract investors, create jobs, and improve the overall standard of living for the people of Kwara State.

“The stakeholders’ meeting scheduled for Saturday is a critical step in this process, ensuring that all relevant parties are involved and that the exercise is thorough and inclusive. I urge all stakeholders to participate actively and contribute to this vital project,” he added.

He also lauded the Governor for fostering an environment of open dialogue and collaboration. “Governor AbdulRazaq’s leadership style, which prioritizes inclusiveness and stakeholder engagement, is commendable. It reflects a government that is truly for the people and by the people,” he said.

Gadaff however implored Kwarans to support the initiative, noting that ‘with transparent and data-driven governance, we can achieve great strides in economic development and social progress.”
