Per the video footage uncovered by police, Anderson was seen purchasing gas at a South Carolina gas station earlier this week.

This would mark her last appearance before she vanished.

“My understanding is his phone pinged at the same gas station where she lost her debit card and can be seen pumping gas,” Hinesville Police Chief Tracey Howard said, per Firehouse.com.

“From what I’m able to see, I could not tell he was in the vehicle.”

Fellow firefighter and Anderson’s ex Chandler Kuhbander, 24, has also gone missing from Liberty County, Georgia.

“This is terrifying,” Jane Kuhbander, Chandler’s mother, said to WJCL 22. “You have no answers.”

‘I’M TERRIFIED’

In an interview with Court TV, Kuhbander’s mom said that she believes Anderson is in a “bad headspace.”

She added that she doesn’t believe that her son left with Anderson willingly.

“I’m terrified,” the mother told the outlet. “I’m trying not to catastrophize the situation but it’s hard when so many things are going wrong.”

Kuhbander’s mom also told the outlet that her son and Anderson had been in a seven-year-long relationship, which ended in 2023 after having dated since high school.

They also lived and worked together at Liberty County Fire Services in Hinesville.

Following the breakup, Jane said, Kuhbander returned home to live with his parents and regularly ran into Anderson at the workplace.

“She’s a danger to herself,” Jane said of Anderson.

“Raegan is a great person. She’s a great firefighter. We just want her to get home and get help.”

EX DRAMA

Anderson was arrested on Saturday on property damage allegations for reportedly breaking a window and keying Kuhbander’s car, according to a police report via Court TV.

QUICK DETAILS ABOUT THE CASE

A desperate search is underway for two missing Georgia firefighters, Raegan Anderson and Chandler Kuhbander.

Both serve with the Liberty County Fire Service near Savannah. Authorities believe they are traveling together in Anderson’s black 2017 Ford Focus, which has Georgia plates GEX655.

The pair were last seen Tuesday morning in Midway, Georgia, and family members last spoke to Kuhbander at 11:20 am that day.

His vehicle was found in Savannah, but neither firefighter has been located.

Their cell phones were turned off by 7:30 pm.

Police suspect they might be headed to the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee and urge anyone with information to contact the Hinesville Police Department.

Per the police report, Anderson had confronted Kuhbander at an Olive Garden in Pooler, Georgia, where he was on a date with someone else.

Kuhbander’s date left after Anderson prompted her to do so and their argument continued in the restaurant’s parking lot afterward, the report says.

“Anderson stated she did not know why she damaged Kuhbander’s car except that she was very hurt by him moving on. She stated they had been together a long time and she was hurt,” the police report said, per Court TV.

Police in Hinesville have issued be-on-the-lookout alerts for Anderson, Kuhbander, and Anderson’s vehicle, a black 2017 Ford Focus, which the two may be using to travel.

UNWILLING COMPANION

Jane said that she thinks her son entered Anderson’s car “under duress” at a mall in Savannah, Georgia, on Tuesday morning.

She also shared that surveillance footage shows a car resembling Anderson’s circling the mall parking lot where Chandler was working out at a Crunch gym.

The video also captures Chandler entering the mall and then quickly exiting around the time Anderson’s car arrived.

Jane grew concerned when Chandler did not return home Tuesday night for his sister’s birthday party and missed work the following morning.

She confirmed that no one in the family had heard from him since that morning, and the last activity on both his and Anderson’s phones was traced to the area of Crosby, Tennessee, the outlet reported.

“He wouldn’t have wanted to leave,” Jane said, per Court TV. “We believe that when she pulled up, it was a matter of duress, and he went with her to keep her from harming herself. She is not in her right mind.”

Hinesville police are urging the public to be on the lookout for Anderson’s Ford Focus, identifiable by its Georgia license plates featuring a firefighter logo and the plate number GEX655.
