Founder of Love of Christ Generation Church (Cherubim and Seraphim), Rev. Mother Abimbola Esther Ajayi, has said that Nigeria will be great again despite the current challenges.

Ajayi stated this after a rally the church organised in preparation for the forthcoming ‘Celebrate the Comforter,’ a programme, which will take place at the Main Bowl of the National Stadium in Abuja on July 20, 2024. She emphasised that the growth of Nigeria was a process that would be achieved eventually.

According to her, what is happening in Nigeria is not a new phenomenon as it happens everywhere around the world. She, however, urged Nigerians to bring together their collective efforts through prayer for the nation and its leaders.

Ajayi said that America had a history of struggles with drug abuse but currently, it’s not the case, urging Nigerians to remain patient and united, trusting that the country’s situation would improve.

The cleric, while commenting on the local council autonomy recently affirmed by the Supreme Court, said that the change would bring much-needed governance and employment opportunities at the grassroots level.

She condemned discrimination against white-garment churches by other Christian denominations, stressing the importance of inclusivity and diversity in Christendom.

Ajayi, therefore, called for synergy among all Christian denominations, adding that she had visited churches like The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Living Faith Church, Methodist Church, Christ Apostolic Church, as well as Anglican Church, to evangelise.
