The Pay-Less Foundation launches an extensive cancer support and psycho-oncology program for the Guam community this July. The program, known as the Circle of Care, offers a wide range of services designed to assist cancer patients, survivors, and their support teams. Supported by a grant from the Guam Cancer Trust Fund, all services provided are completely free of charge.
Online Support Group
The Circle of Care program features an online cancer support group every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This group is led by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Iain Twaddle and extension educator Marie Benito. Each session begins with guest speakers highlighting available cancer support services in Guam. In-Person Sessions
Additionally, the program provides in-person cancer support groups and wellness services every first and third Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. These sessions take place at the PayLess Corporate Office, HR Training Room, located at 116 W Chalan Santo Papa, Hagåtña. The in-person groups are led by Dr. Iain Twaddle, Marie Benito, and community cancer care specialists. Attendees will receive a nutritional light lunch and snacks.

Psycho-Oncology Counseling
Individual and family psycho-oncology counseling services are available for cancer patients and their support teams with Dr. Iain Twaddle. These sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. To schedule counseling services, please contact Dr. Twaddle at psychology@triton.uog.edu.
