From the best tracks/videos from far and wide, we gather the upper echelon of artists you can find and give them a platform to be further recognized for their works. NY-based producer/emcee/visual creator Yoshi T serves us some “BOSS COFFEE” in his newest effort. The track has a smooth soul sample comprising jazzy horns, soothing vocal melodies and a bouncy drum groove to match Yoshi T’s laidback flow.

LR Blitzkrieg teams up with NY legends Pumpinkhead and. M.O.P. for this hard-hitting jam “Valhalla”. The anthemic tune produced by NessLee is ripe with pulsating bass-heavy drums, and dark textures underpinned by no-holds-barred rhymes from the emcees as they lead us into the battle with all guns blazing.

iLLAH drops his second single “Make A Move” from his Bandcamp exclusive EP titled The Brazen Alter. The track is a chess-inspired tune that talks about the dynamics of making life-altering decisions while threading the unpredictable path.

Skee connects with m1L for this heartfelt tune titled “All I Know”. Over a soul-stirring backdrop comprising warm vocal hums, cinematic textures and airy horns, Skee talks about his childhood and the experiences that shaped him into the man he is. From self-doubt, life struggles, trauma and the power of human resilience, he and m1L give audiences their respective experiences.

Skinny Hendrxx – “Gone For the Summer”

Skinny Hendrxx delivers this smooth jam titled “Gone For the Summer” for us to rock with. Bolstered by a dark and brooding soundscape and his breathy rap flow, he details the exotic lifestyle he gave that special someone.

BURNT – “Gualala” (feat. Karmic Basis)

Multi-faceted group Burnt delivers their new single “Gualala” featuring Karmic Basis. The record is a smooth mix of roots, dub and hip-hop with modern elements underpinned by conscious lyrics that aim to wake listeners up.

Matt Brown – “Made”

Singer/producer/songwriter Matt Brown’s debut entry on our site is “Made”. The self-produced song comprises downtempo rhythms, surreal pads with moody strings and Brown’s edgy off-kilter melodic runs.

Kid Static – “Gold”.

Kid Static embodies the resilient nature of “Gold” in his new single. Backed by the rousing drum grooves, anthemic guitar arrangement and rich textures, Kid Static dwells on the concept of self-discovery and finding one’s true North through the white noise.

M Slago x Homeboy Sandman – “Heard Right” (feat. Aesop Rock, Homeboy Sandman)

M Slago and Homeboy Sandman have joined forces to bring us “Heard Right”  featuring Aesop Rock taken from the duo’s forthcoming album We Are Here. The hard-hitting tune is ripe with crunchy drum grooves, scenic percussion arrangement and anthemic textures underpinned by engaging rhyme schemes and vivid imagery that drops audiences right in the mix of the action.

Lil Primo – “STARBURST”

Lil Primo is in his element as he drops his new single “STARBURST”. The track is bolstered by a punchy and cinematic backdrop courtesy of producer XSample Beats and is underpinned by bravado and boastful bars from the rising rapper.

Panessia Young – “Change”

Panessia Young shares this heartfelt single  “Change” which is much needed in these times. The uplifting track dwells on the need for change from within and the world as well. She laments on the way the world is now and the hurt humans face daily.

Kush Lamma – “Problems”

Kansas City, Mo-based rapper Kush Lamma steps to the podium with “Problems”. The track is made up of atmospheric and ethereal textures and hushed drums and sees Lamma reflecting on some lady who caught his eye.

SOL SUNZITA – “always sunny freestyle”

Hastings, United Kingdom-based rapper/producer SOL SUNZITA enters our playlist with his self-produced single “always sunny freestyle”. The summer-drenched tune is ripe with warm textures and smooth grooves underpinned by engaging story telling and expressive rhyming.

 America’s Next Hitmaker + Que K – “Posted Up”

America’s Next Hitmaker and Que K team up for “Posted Up”, a bouncy and reflective tune about going all out and taking chances.

Ryan Atkins – “Infinity”.

Manhattan-based, Jersey-raised singer-songwriter Ryan Atkins caught our ears with her new single “Infinity”. Armed with her commanding and expressive vocal runs and alluring melodies, she details the emotions that come with waiting for that special someone.

Ev Malone – “Need You Now”

Pittsburgh, PA-based rapper Ev Malone is not new to us and has gifted us with several tunes in the past, on his latest tune “Need You Now” he delivers a heartfelt message for everyone who is in despair. The mellow guitar-driven track features singer Andrew Seles who adds a rich melodic touch while Ev talks about looking towards a higher power for guidance and help.

Jontee -“Fun!”.

Jontee ‘s “Fun!” is a relatable tune that talks about finding the energy to enjoy life while worrying about losing time. Over the solemn jazz-infused soundscape, Jontee reflects on his past trauma and how his coping mechanism helps him escape the harsh realities of life.

Gunpowdermusic – “Leave Me Alone”.

Gunpowdermusic teams up with Two Eyes Blind for this heartfelt single “Leave Me Alone”. The guitar-driven jam is bolstered by rich melodic runs and heartfelt lyrics that dive into depression, self-love and finding one’s true purpose in this unpredictable world.

Motian – “On the Run”

Persian/American rapper Motian has been on the grind for a decade and some change and on his new single “On the Run”, he gives listeners an update on his journey thus far and the dynamics of finding success in an unforgiving industry.

Deebo Mac – “Everything”

Deebo Mac is ready for “Everything” in his latest track. The track is an anthemic tune that showcases Deebo’s energetic flows over a soul-sample-driven backdrop.

sydanie – “Gyal Dem Diction”

Emerging rapper Sydanie makes her debut on our playlist with “Gyal Dem Diction”. The hard-hitting track comprises thick basslines, drums and cinematic textures underpinned by her expressive and no-holds-barred lyrical schemes that remind naysayers and detractors not to play around.

LaRue – “HASHIRA”

LaRue returns to our playlist with “HASHIRA”. The title is inspired by the famous anime Demon Slayer and sees LaRue embodying the mindset of a positive individual trying to get his ducks in a row while avoiding negative forces.

Brenton – “Actin’ Up” [Feat. Dashius Clay]

Brenton drops “Actin’ Up” featuring Dashius Clay. The self-produced track has an uplifting bounce and soulful sample all underpinned by the duo’s energetic flows and expressive lyrics that center on enjoying one’s success without taking life too seriously.

Malaika Terry – “SOMEONE NEW”.

Canada-based Jamaican and Irish singer/ songwriter Malaika Terry enters our site with “SOMEONE NEW”. The genre-bending tune takes elements from R&B, and afrobeats with experimental pop and delivers a rich, highly melodic track that showcases Malaika’s honeycomb vocal runs and heartfelt songwriting.

Kiseme – “They Don’t Got To Know”.

Kiseme drops another self-produced track titled “They Don’t Got To Know”. His knack for crafting off-beat jazz-infused soundscape hits the crescendo on this one as Kiseme gets into the zone and bodies the beat with his nonchalant demeanour and expressive flow.

YVK – “Money Talk$”

West Coast artist Young Von Knows aka YVK comes through with the perfect go-getter anthem “Money Talk$”. Over the retro-tinged funk-laden soundscape, YVK teaches us the fundamentals of stacking paper with common sense and making the right moves to stay above the poverty line.

QU/NTEN and  Airplane James team up for “Settling Down”, a playful bouncy track with rich synth-basslines and punchy drum grooves. The LA-based duo take turns sharing their deepest thoughts on settling down.

dom champ delivers this heartfelt and uplifting tune “Smile”. Backed by a mellow and soulful soundscape comprising solemn textures and punchy drum grooves, dom talks about the realities of life and the need to just stay prepared mentally.

Rising singer/songwriter acari delivers her version of Tyla‘s hit “Water” and the result is a chilled guitar-driven piece that showcases her vocal range and alluring melodic style.

Trizz and longtime collaborator Mike Summers return to the frontline with “Baseline” with the assistance of T.F. The classic 90s WestCoast hiphop inspires the track and it’s bolstered by Mike’s layered production style reminiscent of the Bomb Squad with a touch of Dr. Dre in his Deathrow Era. Trizz and T.F are on point with the bars laden with vivid imagery and engaging rhyme schemes.
