The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the United Kingdom, has announced the election of Mr. Tunde Doherty as Chairman, marking a significant milestone for the party.

David Adeoye, Chairman of the APC Manchester chapter, in a statement expressed delight at the appointments of Duro and Bimbo Fashanu as Financial Secretary and Assistant Treasurer, respectively. 

He stated, "Their appointments reflect the dedication of our Manchester team."

Adeoye highlighted the party's recent growth, attributing it to committed members and elders. "Manchester will continue to strengthen communal ties and support the APC diaspora," he affirmed.

Looking ahead, Adeoye outlined plans to foster unity and prioritise Manchester's progress within the APC UK. "We encourage feedback to enhance our agenda," he emphasised.

The Manchester chapter intends to establish a committee for democratic elections, ensuring inclusive representation. 

"Together, we can build a stronger 'Northern Powerhouse'," Adeoye concluded, underscoring the party's renewed commitment under new leadership.
