Aurora Health's WI Float Pool (Multi-Site) is seeking Medical Surgical (Med Surg), Emergency Department (ER), and Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurses. We have positions available in the Greater Milwaukee Market and Northern Wisconsin (Bay Area).

• Day shift positions are required to schedule a required number of 3rd Shift hours (based on FTE), 2 Fridays, and 24-hours of Weekends per 6-weeks (all hours are self-scheduled)
• Night shift positions are required to schedule 2 Fridays and 24-hours of Weekends 6-weeks (all hours are self-scheduled)

Responsibilities:

• Uses the nursing process to assess the needs of the patient, plan and implement individualized interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care.
