The Nigerian Bar Association at its just concluded branch election declared Usman Umar Fari the winner of the chairmanship race.
In a keenly contested election, Mr. Fari emerged the winner of the Chairmanship position after defeating Huwaila Ibrahim with a total number of 188 votes.
Aminu Sani Muhammad also defeated Abubakar Tanko for the Secretary position while Saminu Ibrahim Haruna defeated Patience Edamku for Social Secretary.
The office of Assistant Secretary was won by Hadiza Nasir Ahmad against the runner up, Arif Ibrahim Garba.
